3. Quotes & Pricing

All estimates and quotes provided by Pacific Plumbers Avondale are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Actual conditions discovered upon inspection
  • Changes in material costs or availability
  • Additional work discovered during service that was not apparent in the initial estimate
  • Customer-requested changes to the scope of work

We will not proceed with additional work beyond the agreed scope without first communicating the additional costs and receiving your approval. All pricing is in US Dollars.

Our no-trip-charge policy means we do not charge a service call fee merely for showing up. This applies to all standard service calls in our coverage area.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Service appointments are subject to availability. We make every effort to honor scheduled appointment windows, but actual arrival times may vary due to prior job extensions, traffic, or emergency calls.

Cancellations: We ask for reasonable notice (at least 2 hours) when cancelling or rescheduling a non-emergency appointment. This allows us to serve other customers on our schedule.

No-Shows: If we arrive for a scheduled appointment and no authorized person is present to provide property access, we reserve the right to charge a return trip fee for rescheduling.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

For larger projects (typically over $1,000), we may request a deposit prior to commencement of work. Deposit amounts and terms will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Unpaid invoices may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Arizona law. We reserve the right to place a mechanic’s lien on the property for unpaid services in accordance with Arizona statutes.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

Workmanship Warranty: We warrant our workmanship against defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects directly attributable to our installation or repair work and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or pre-existing conditions.

Equipment & Materials Warranty: Equipment, parts, and materials installed by us are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by product. We will assist you in filing warranty claims for defective equipment during the manufacturer’s warranty period.

Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by: acts of nature, water pressure fluctuations, chemical damage from water supply, misuse of plumbing systems, or repairs or modifications made by others after our work is completed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pacific Plumbers Avondale carries general liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance as required by Arizona law. Our liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data
  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions not identified in our initial assessment
  • Damage caused by water main pressure changes or utility company actions
  • Cosmetic damage to finished surfaces when access to concealed plumbing is required (we will minimize such damage and will discuss access requirements with you before proceeding)

8. Property Access

You grant us and our employees permission to access your property as reasonably necessary to perform the requested plumbing services. You represent that you are authorized to grant such access.

You agree to provide a safe working environment and to inform us of any known hazards at the property, including but not limited to: pets, security systems, utilities in unusual locations, or any conditions that may affect our ability to safely perform the work.
